ServiceNow Migration

We were subcontracted to provide the resources for the successful migration of applications from PEGA to ServiceNow. Our role entailed providing resources and people management, as well as ensuring the creation of similar capabilities and offering robust support through a team of skilled ServiceNow Application Developers and ServiceNow Architects.

Throughout the extensive project, we facilitated seamless transitions, introduced innovative solutions, and delivered continuous support to optimize operational efficiency.

Our efforts yielded significant results: we replaced the outdated platform with ServiceNow applications reduced manual effort and human errors, increased operational efficiency and audit traceability, enhanced customer UX and significantly reduced operational costs for our client.
